Core Values

ICON's core values of successful relationships, high-quality products, and adding value to our solutions have been shaped for more than 20 years of delivering top-quality design services. We stay true to our promise of efficiency and innovative solutions!

Innovation

Our passion for developing, improving, and adding value to design concepts is another hallmark of ICON’s process. We balance our clients’ needs with a drive to find the most innovative and cost-effective solutions. For example, it’s this unique approach which has led ICON to complete three Diverging Diamond Interchanges in Florida. It’s just one way we have increased efficiency, improved safety and delivered innovation to the market.

Quality

Quality is the driving force in our processes. Our staff members - from our senior employees to our interns - put a focus on attention to detail. It's this consideration that allows us to work on a multitude of projects simultaneously, while maintaining schedules and delivering exceptional quality products.

Relationships

Successful business is built on successful relationships. We value our clients and consider them our partners. We value the relationships we have built with our clients while working to deliver their visions. Our goal is to stay connected and cultivate a relationship that will last beyond the project while benefiting both parties with the work we do.

Staffhours

I would like to take time and tell you how much I appreciate all that you did on the SR 50 project and Lunch/Learn. Even with Civil3D obstacles (learning opportunities), thank you so much for being proactive on our SR 50. To be honest, I don’t recall worrying about ICON’s SR 50 project schedules or budget. The dedication and effort which you have put into producing the materials has been above and beyond by your team. It has been a pleasure to work with you and your team.

FDOT D7 Project Manager

Your support is appreciated in every way and I am looking forward to the next phase with the project starting in the fall. Again, thank you all for the hard work and dedication to this very important project on behalf of the City.
